If you meet all the requirements that are restrained, there is no guarantee that you'll be an administrator.
#1: You have to be extremely loyal to EG4L, If your name is posted on a different website, or if you're at other chats more than ours, then it's not looking so good.
#2: Being a friendly citizen to everyone else in the chat is golden. Also if you're abusive with your powers then re-think.
#3: Activity is one of the most important factors of being promoted. If you're on everyday (being away for vacaction and or being grounded etc.) and you make an impression on the chat instead of acting like you're afk then you're being an active member.
#4: If you're a well-playing Stick arena player then you'll be looking at a admin position very briefly. That doesn't mean you have to meet all the requirements it just means you have an easier time being an admin.
